About

For more than 20 years, I led teams in high-pressure retail environments. I learned how to stay calm during chaos, de-escalate tense situations, and help people work together effectively. But I also learned how exhausting it can be to lead while trying to be "on" all the time — especially as an introvert.
I used to come home completely drained, with little energy left for my most important relationships. I felt the constant pressure to perform like an extrovert just to be respected as a leader. Eventually, I realized there had to be a better way.
That's when I became a certified transformational coach through the Brave Thinking Institute. I started blending real-world leadership lessons with emotional intelligence, deep listening, and practical tools designed specifically for how introverts are wired.
Today
Lead with quiet confidence and calm authority — without burning out or wearing a mask
Build deeper, more meaningful relationships while protecting their energy
Turn everyday challenges into opportunities for stronger connections at work and at home
I believe the most powerful leadership and the strongest relationships both grow in the quiet moments — not the loud ones. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and rooted in real experience rather than theory.
When I'm not coaching, you'll likely find me playing guitar, writing, working in the yard, watching documentaries, or playing video games. I'm a dad and fellow introvert who truly gets what it's like to navigate a world that often celebrates the loudest voice in the room.
If you're tired of feeling drained from performing and you're ready to lead and connect with more authentic strength, I'd love to help.
"Quiet Strength. Deep Connections."
